Cannot view headers or footers due to document not in Page Layout view.
Cause:
The document is not in Page Layout view view. Headers and footers can only be viewed in Page Layout view or in Print Preview.
Solution:
Select the 'View' menu, select 'Page Layout', and scroll to the beginning of page (to view the header) or to the end (to view the footer).
